In the construction of any building, moreso a home, cost and speed are very important. It is for this very reason that we pay special attention to tight budget restrictions and tight completion schedules/deadlines.

We are now bringing to the local construction industry a new dimension in advance building technology. As a result, construction is fast (Six(6) weeks), labour cost is low and you can have your home built to your specifications.

REDUCED COST:

Based on our knowledge of the local construction industry, we have formulated a number of construction options which are tailored towards giving our clients value for money.

PLANNING PERMISSION

Plans for the building are already approved; all we need is to get site approval and that is part of the price.

PRICING

Based on feedback emanating from our homeowners’ survey, we now have in place the infrastructure to produce the much preferred two(2) and three(3) bedroom homes.

The price is based on placing the building on flat or gentle sloping land. If the slope is not gentle, the price for the foundation will be quoted separately.

    23.2 ft. x 29.4 ft. = 680 sq. ft.
    Bedrooms: variable sizes – minimum 11ft. x12ft. with W.C
    Standard price - $65,000

    36 ft. x 24 ft. = 864 sq. ft.
