Why the word “Quality”? Because our homes are constructed with high-grade hardwoods such as Greenheart and Kabukali and the workmanship and finish are of the highest standard.

STRENGTH AND SECURITY:

Greenheart, for example, is a very heavy, hard timber, suitable for use under exacting conditions. Outstanding in most of its strength properties, it is of very high durability and has excellent resistance to attacks by termites, marine organisms and fire.

Kabukali is a high density timber of high natural durability suitable for heavy construction and home building.

The other hardwoods we use are of similar high quality.

It is common knowledge that the weather conditions in the Caribbean can be amongst the world’s toughest at times. That is why we at Quality Caribbean Homes have been deliberate and careful in our selection of high grade hardwoods in the construction of our homes.

VALUE AND SPEED

In the construction of any building, moreso a home, cost and speed are very important. It is for this very reason that we pay special attention to giving good value for the money we are paid by our customer and their usually tight completion schedules/deadlines.

We are now bringing to the local construction industry a new approach to the construction of houses. As a result, construction is fast (about six(6) weeks), our prices are very competitive and you can have your home built to your specifications or use the models we already have.

REDUCED COST:

Based on our knowledge of the local construction industry, we have formulated a number of construction options which are tailored towards giving our clients the best value for money.

PLANNING PERMISSION

Plans for our houses are already approved by the Government’s Planning Division; all we need is to get site approval and that is part of the price.

PRICING

Based on feedback emanating from our homeowners’ survey, we now have in place the infrastructure to produce the much preferred two(2) and three(3) bedroom homes. Single bedroom houses are also available.

Quality Caribbean Homes also has available for sale to international clients, limited quantities of hardwoods of the kind used in its construction.
